Ben Neale has been designing and building websites for over 25 years. He built his first website back in 1997, whilst working as a sound engineer in Malaysia when the web was only a few years old. Moving back to the UK the following year he decided to change career, becoming a professional web developer.
Ben founded Atticus 7 in 2012 and at the same time began working exclusively within the WordPress platform. He has built countless bespoke WordPress plugins and themes from scratch for his clients. He is very conversant in the platform.
Ben is very client-focused. He is comfortable working with anyone looking to build their own WordPress website – from complete beginners through to more confident people who want to improve their skills. Adept at using jargon-free language, he can explain techie concepts and tasks in a user-friendly, unthreatening way. Managing your own website can be overwhelming if you lack confidence and a rudimentary understanding of how it all works. Ben can give you those skills, knowledge and confidence in abundance.
Over the past 25 years, Ben has designed and built websites for a wide variety of businesses, institutions and individuals. Ben’s clients include the V&A, stand up comic and actor Hal Cruttenden, Telegraph theatre critic Dominic Cavendish, Barons Pub Company, a successful pub/restaurant group in Surrey and Hassell Inclusion, a digital accessibility business. Ben is also a founding partner of Find a London Office, where he is responsible for all online activity, marketing and lead generation.
